With Brandons long family history of heart problems, we know full well that he needed to be in shape! With Brandons dad having his heart attack almost two years ago we have made alot of adjustments to keep our family healthy. We try hard to eat whole grains, home cooked meals, fresh fruit and vegetables, but we have not been the best at the exercising. We go out walking almost every night for an hour or so but we know that Brandon will need more then that to stay healthy so he has started running! We figured that we needed to get before and after pictures so here are the before pictures. I wont post his weight but we are hoping for him to hit the 200lb mark soon but we will see. He goes each night around eight and then normally comes home to put Coleton in bed so Coleton normally gets to enjoy stretching with Brandon.... He has been starting out slow but is hoping with in the next little while to run a 5K! Right now we are just glad that he will be getting in shape and be around for a long time!

Haha! I love it! I love that he tries to cheat the stretching, he seems like me. :-) He's adorable
