Hayden and Brookies Special Month!

Hayden got the awarded the "Hardworking" award today at school! Out of five classes of kindergarteners only five are awarded and he got it! He was over the moon excited! All day kindergarten had been amazing for him! (P.S. Hayden is the one in shorts 😜

We also had a Surprise family Birthday party for him where we got him soccer goals (something he has been begging for!) He was so surprised!! He thought that Brandons parents couldnt come for a few more days so he had no clue when he got home from church! He wanted a captian amaerica cake just like last year and i made it with out him seeing also!!

We also celebrated brooklyns 4th birthday! She wanted a pink cake so that is what we did!

 For her birthday we signed her up for the Desert Hills dance class that was three days long and she LOVED IT! she was so cute up there dancing!!

Nativity

With Christmas over and New Years upon us, it's officially the time of year when our family comes together to truly find Jesus. . . and Mary, Joseph, the wiseman, the shepherd boy and the rest of the fisher price nativity we've let the kids play with for the last 6 weeks.

Brandons Back Surgery

Brandon made it through back surgery! The discectomy was suppose to take two hours but turned out to be three an a half, which was a bit stressful😁 Everything went well but Brandon's bulging disk had calcified which meant that the doctor literally had to take a chisel to it😳 and the Doctor is concerned whether Brandon will be able to regain strength in his leg, also the nerve may have been damaged and the doctor hopes that he won't continue to have nerve pain! As he recovers we just want tell everyone who has called, text, visited, and done so many acts of service for us, Thank you!! It has been a rough couple months (and for us medically a year😉) but we have felt so blessed and cared for! Thank you again!

Laundry

I have some pretty amazing friends!! If they hadn't already done enough this week, today Jessica was sweet enough to watch my kids while I ran to the dentist for a cleaning and once I left she snuck Karen in and the two of them for the next two hours cleaned my house (which was pretty gross) and fold my Nine Overflowing baskets of laundry!!! I couldn't ask for sweeter friends that came to my aid at a tough time in my life! Thanks ladies, it meant more then you know!!

Brooklyn Couch Buddies

Nothing more shocking then when you come down stairs after putting the two younger girls down for naps to realize a bunch of Brooklyn's "friends" had come over to watch a movie! One of the cute moments as a parent!
