Getting closer!!

Hopefully about ten more days till more in! Next week: paint, vinyl flooring, cabinets, and carpet!! (and maybe if we are lucky fixtures, and landscaping!)

House Progress!

New View

View from our new temporary apartment! We are only here three weeks but walking out our door to see the St. George temple is pretty fantastic!!

The apartment is great! We are so happy to be in st. george so we can see more of Brandon and can see the house being built but space wise its a bit tight! We are making it work but it has no internet which makes it difficult to do much, and only has one bedroom! You walk in the door to a living room with a pullout bed (where brandon and i sleep) its attached to a small kitchen that has everything that we need fridge, microwave, dishwasher! then a very small hall way that has a bathroom and the bedroom off of it! The boys sleep on the queen bed and both girls have a playpen they sleep in! They don't sleep great because their is always one kid that wants to play so it does seem like they are up constantly but with all that factored in, we are so happy to be hear! Coleton starts First grade soon at little valley elementary and so we are just so happy to be in this small one bedroom apartment for the next few weeks till we move in! It works because we know that it is temporary! Life is pretty good!

Its begun!

We finally got started on our house!! They started framing Wednesday and our move in date is August 29th!

July happenings!

With the new arrangement it has its challenges, with Brandon dad working in the office upstairs we try hard to not be two loud but with four loud children i don't know how quiet we really are, the kids love that grandma and grandpa are upstairs but it also posses the problem that they want to be upstairs constantly so i have had to put up a baby gate to stop them! i volunteered to make dinner for everyone while we stay here, which has been nice and challenging at the same time but we are getting the nag of things this month we get to head on a pioneer trails event for seminary so we are reading up and getting ready for that which should be really fun!

Permits!

OUR PERMITS ARE IN!!!! OUR PERMITS ARE IN!!!!! Now foundation this week and framing next!! We are finally starting!!! Yay!!

Cedar Fun!

We are getting settled into our temporary home, and the kids are loving being able to have grandma and grandpa Comstock just up the stairs, we have them in there rooms and have a little kitchen made out of one of the storage closets where i have all of my cooking supplies along with a griddle, toaster, microwave and fridge!
