Brooklyn and her baby doll!

Last night, I was trying to get caught up on laundry before the baby comes, Brandon was taking a nap after his first day back at school, and the kids were down stairs playing and the house seemed calm. I figured if the kids were being quiet I would continue with folding until Coleton came up the stairs asking why the stairs were wet? Confused I asked him it they had spilt anything to which he answered no. While I was talking to Coleton, Brooklyn came up the stairs with her cabbage patch baby doll in hand and as I looked at her doll I noticed water dripping from it? I asked brookie why her doll was wet and you could tell by her face and excitement that she was proud of whatever she had done! I went down stairs to find that the water in the "not so recently cleaned" toilet was empty and realized that she had given her baby doll a bath in the only water she could reach!! Lets just say the baby doll then got a Real bath from mom :)

College roommate visit!

This weekend I got a surprise visit from some old roommates! After church, we got a facebook message saying that lyndi B and Niccol H were driving through Hurricane and wanted to stop by and visit!! I was so excited to see them since I had not seen these two since puffs wedding over a year ago! They came over and meet the kids for the first time and we chatted! It was fun to see them as they headed to our other roommate Lizzys wedding in San Diego! To bad they had to see me 37 weeks pregnant, but it was still worth it :)

Doctors Visit!

Today I had my 37 week appointment! They did the strep b test and today was the first time they checked me! I was hopeful that I was dialating and he said that the baby is head down, low, and I am dilated to a 2!! Still a ways to go but we are getting somewhere!

Girls Camp and Trek!

Even though I was very pregnant I did not want to miss out on the fun of summer so I made sure to have activities to look forward to! At the end of June our ward had girls camp and I decided that I was going to go the whole three days! It was so fun and I loved it! I was very pregnant but the girls thought it was so funny to mention that to me. I did a few fun pranks on the girls and had such a fun time being with the young women. I felt great, slept great, and it was a fun get away! (I actually don't have any pictures from camp :(

Brandon also had the chance to go with the youth on the trek in July. They wanted us to be a ma and pa but we had just found out we were pregnant and figured that was not the best idea so Brandon went as an uncle and had a lot of fun interacting with students in a more casual way! Brandon stayed home with the kids while I went to camp and I stayed with the kids during the trek! It was weird to not be together but we both had a great time!

Brooklyn is walking!

After fighting it for so long, Brooklyn is finally walking! We knew she had the strength to but we finally caught her the other day walking around the room when we weren't looking, and she was good at it! Holding toys, drinking from sippy cups, picking things up, but as soon she saw us she went down to her knees! What a stinker! She played us for long enough and now is walking all over the place! It only took her 17 months!

Las Vegas Getaway!

Brandon and I had the chance to getaway for a few days!! School was out and we needed a break and figured now was as good a time as ever to leave the kids! We headed to Las Vegas ( it was my first time) and spent three days pretending we had no children!!! We walked up and down the strip, went to David Copperfield, Blue man group, toured Hoover dam, saw the bodies exhibit, went to the Las Vegas temple, napped, and ate, it was amazing!!! We stayed at the New York New York and it was beautiful! Being seven months pregnant i got a lot of looks and my legs killed after walking around in the heat but it was so much fun!! Leaving the kids for a few days really helps me remember why Brandon and I fell in love! Kids are great but I love just spending time with Brandon!! Til our next getaway!!

6 year Anniversary!

Brandon and I have now officially been married for six years! We have done a lot in a short amount of time! Graduated school with my associates, his bachelors and masters, lived in Rexburg, cedar city, and now hurricane! Bought a house, a van, been pregnant four times, due with our fourth kid in a few months, gotten a full time job, and living the dream! It's been a good six years! Happy anniversary!

Bathtime!!!

Sometimes there is just not time for individual baths so the kids had quite the full tub the other night!!

The kids are crazy! They thought making faces was hilarious and they had a ton of fun all loaded together!

Easter Morning!

This year the Easter Bunny brought them toys for outside!! They had a little pool for Brookie, chalk and paint for the boys, kites, bug catching kits and a few candies with a brand new toothbrush!!!

We tried before church but ran out of time so we snapped this one after church and Coleton had spilt water down his front, Brooklyn was so ready for a nap and Hayden was hungry! I of course am twenty some weeks so not my best size :) but there is our family! Happy Easter!
