The week after my mom left, i started having a hard time nursing. It was getting more and more painful but everyone told me that it was normal. After about a week and a half of being in tears while nursing i went to the doctor to find i had an infection. Luckly i got on meds and life is so much better and i am feeling great!
Hayden is a great sleeper, so good that i have to wake him up at nights to feed him because he sleep to long. At his two week appointment he went down from 8lb 2oz to 7lb 14oz (down after 5 days) so they told me i had to be really scheduled and make sure to wake him to feed him every 2.5 hours or i would be in trouble so i did and after four day i took him back and he was up to 8lb 5oz!! oops!Overall, everyone is doing great, and loving the excitement of having a new baby. We're expecially thankfull for Grandma Comstock, and Grandma Cheney who have been so great about helping us out as we get adjusted to being a family of four. It's hard to imagine how life could get much better than this?
Here is an updated picture, i am 38 weeks in the photo and feel ready to pop!!
We then headed up to Cedar so that Brandon could get some help designing a life size tetris game and then headed back home.
For our dinner, we made a foot and a half foot sandwich, with BBQ chicken/Sweet teryaki chicken/ chicken bacon ranch. After dinner we opened a few presents..
Coleton didnt really understand wrapping paper but thought it was entertaining!
We got some really fun and amazing gifts and so did Coleton..
He got a new sports blanket from grandma cheney and also a new pair of PJS (there the brown stripes) which are adorable!!
We also got some family books that are really nice! There is a cookbook, family history of my grandparents, and a family book of pictures!
The day turned out great and we had alot of fun spending time together!
After reading The Night Before Christmas it was time for bed!! Time for Santa to come!!
Coleton loved opening a bag each night and would carry around the different gifts for days.
He loved that most of them had glitter and you could see which one he had been carrying around by the color of glitter that was covering him.
It was so fun to watch him get so excited for each ornament and i cant wait to see him on christmas!! Thanks mom and dad!
so for family home evening we had Coleton put it together and boy was he excited!
He actually did a really good job of placing the candy on and occationally sneaking a bite!
Him and his elmo doll!!
I told Coleton that elmo would get sick if he ate all the candy and Coleton was so disappointed!
What a mouthful and a sticky mess!
Here is kind of a long video of what we found!!
